Andrei Chirilă
Community Manager
Andrei Chirilă is a gastronomy specialist, food-industry engineer and one of the active promoters of local gastronomy in Țara Dornelor.
With more than 15 years of experience in HoReCa and the food industry, he combines technical knowledge with practical experience from restaurants, food production and culinary-event organization. He has taken part in national gastronomy competitions and contributed to reinterpreting dishes inspired by local culinary heritage. He currently runs Păstrăvăria lui Andrei, a local business that promotes the region's products and gastronomy.
Within the project, Andrei serves as Community Manager, facilitating the connection between the project team and the entrepreneurial community of Țara Dornelor. He also mentors entrepreneurs in gastronomy, supporting them in building competitive, authentic businesses connected to the region's culinary identity.
