“Entrepreneurship in Țara Dornelor” is a business incubator and accelerator program supported by SYNERB and funded by the Romanian American Foundation. Information on the site is provided for general information and may be updated.

By submitting the application form, you declare that you have read, understood and agreed to the program Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

• The information provided is true, complete and current, and the applicant accepts responsibility for its accuracy.
• The person applying is the organization's legal representative or is authorized to submit the application on its behalf.
• Data may be processed by Asociația Club Afaceri.ro as implementer and by Asociația Synerb Venture Catalyzer – Catalizatorul de Inițiative Synerb as implementation and monitoring partner, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• Submitting the form does not guarantee selection for the program.
• The organizer may request additional information or documents to verify eligibility and evaluate the application.
• If selected, the applicant agrees to participate actively or appoint a delegate for program activities and to sign a collaboration agreement with Asociația Club Afaceri.ro after the rights and obligations have been discussed and negotiated in advance.
• The applicant organization is legally established and operating, is not undergoing dissolution, liquidation, insolvency or bankruptcy, and complies with its legal and tax obligations.
• The legal representatives have no final convictions for fraud, corruption, misappropriation of funds, money laundering or other offenses incompatible with participation in a grant-funded program.
• The organization respects the principles of sustainable development, fair competition, equal opportunity and non-discrimination and does not conduct activities incompatible with the program's objectives and the values of the Țara Dornelor eco-destination.
• The organizer may reject or remove an application containing false, incomplete or misleading information or one that does not meet the eligibility criteria.
• The organizer may contact the applicant to clarify information and communicate about the selection process.

By submitting the form, the applicant confirms that these declarations are made on their own responsibility and accepts the program Terms and Conditions in full.

The site's content (texts, illustrations, visual identity) belongs to the program or its partners and may not be reproduced without permission. Partner and mentor logos and materials belong to their rightful owners.

Information about mentors and partners is provided for informational purposes. Links to external sites are not under our control.

The site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will be permanently available or error-free, and we are not liable for damages arising from its use.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes are settled by the competent courts in Romania.
