Project writing & long-term development strategy
A project manager and consultant with more than 15 years of experience in nationally and internationally funded projects, Codrina has been part of this project since its earliest idea.
She contributed to shaping the concept, writing the funding application and defining the activities that make the project possible. She has coordinated complex projects and held financial-management roles in international companies. She holds an MBA from CEU Business School Budapest, a master's degree in Human Resources Management and a bachelor's degree in Management from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Iași.
Passionate about mountains and authentic local communities, she believes Țara Dornelor can become a regional model through rooted entrepreneurship, responsible tourism and the intelligent use of its people, nature and heritage.
