Andrei Georgescu

Andrei is an entrepreneur and business development specialist with experience building and scaling initiatives that combine social impact with a market focus.

He is a co-founder of Mesteshukar ButiQ, a Romanian social brand through which he developed special collections for the global market in partnership with IKEA. In doing so, he brought Roma craftsmanship to an international commercial level while working directly with artisan communities.

He is also a co-founder of the Austria-based co/rizom platform, a digital model connecting artisan producers and designers in a collaborative ecosystem. The platform gives them market access, modern tools and product development support.

Over the years, he has provided mentoring and consulting in national development programs for social-impact enterprises, helping entrepreneurs strengthen their capabilities and accelerate sustainable business models.

Within the project, Andrei will share his expertise with the craftspeople group and early-stage businesses that need guidance in building their business identity.
